2) Contact form

These data are kept for 3 years after the treatment of the request and until the acquisition of the prescription at the end of the contractual relation.

The user may also oppose, for legitimate reasons, that his data be processed, without reason and without charge.

3) Communication

This data is kept for a period of three years from the date of collection by the controller or the last contact from the prospect.
It is intended for the exclusive use of ARCompliance and may not be transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.
The user has the right to access, rectify, limit and update, and delete information concerning him/her, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability, which he/she can exercise by using the form on the contact page.
The user may also object, for legitimate reasons, to his data being processed, without reason and without charge, to his data being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

4) Cookies

5) Third-party applications integrated into the site

The third party application providing a sharing function is likely to identify the user thanks to this button, even if the user did not use this button when consulting the site, but only because the social network account was activated during the user’s navigation on our site.
The site editor has no control over the collection of information by these third parties. It is recommended to the user to check the settings of the data he authorizes and to exercise his choices with these social networks.
